June 12th marks the day of Wizkid's album launch taking place at Eko Hotel in Lagos. 2009 proved to be the break-out year with his collaboration on M.I's 'Fast money, fast cars' track from the 'Talk about it album'. His unique and distinct singing style grabbed the attention of everybody; it's no wonder he got snapped up by Banky W's Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) record label, and has 3 consecutive No1's in the charts under his belt. He is Nigeria's fastest rising star and we are all looking forward to finally hearing his overdue album.
