'Super Sun' is the 15 track album given to us by Nigerian soul singer Bez Idakula. I LOVE this guyyyyy. His sound is so far removed from the obvious afro beat sounds pumping out of Nigeria; telling stories of love, passion and heartbreak all wrapped up in acoustic chords and upbeat tempos.
My favorite has to be 'More you'... Bez's voice against the smooth guitar makes this track for me. This song is emotional *reaches for the tissues* but beautiful and the video tells a great story. Despite it being released a couple of years back it still has to be one of my favorites.Check it out:
I was very pleased to see Bez's latest video- 'Stupid Song', played on BET's 106 and Park.There must be a Nigerian big wig working behind the scenes with the amount of Naija videos popping up on their playlist, which includes the likes of Wizkid and M.I.
Move over John Legend... Bez is coming through!
